Foreman/driver Qualification are as follows
-Must have experience in landscaping industry and previous experience in Crew Leader and Driver positions.
-Must have understanding of landscaping or mowing practices and processes at a higher level to oversee crew members.
-Must have knowledge of how to operate lawn and landscaping machinery safely and effectively while providing quality work.
-Must enjoy working outdoors and in good physical condition
-Must be reliable and on time daily.
-Must have RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, preferably own vehicle.
- Must have references from previous jobs worked to verify Foreman positions previously held.
This is a quality based company and all employees are expected to uphold care of equipment and quality of work based on the operating principles of this company. We determine hourly pay based on experience and information obtained through the interview process but average rate is between $18-$20 per hour with verified references and recommendations from previous employers.
